EA Policy on NO ONLINE PASS REQUIREMENT
Follow the link to an article from Polygon.com where they reveal in an interview with EA senior director of corporate communications John Reseburg that EA is still discontinuing the requirement for an online pass to play EA games regardless of Microsoft’s decision to allow used games.
